Frequently asked questions
Can't find what you need? Our team is available 24/7.
Contact supportWhere do I find my tracking number?
It's in the confirmation email sent to the receiver when the shipment was registered, and on the shipping receipt. Numbers start with CX followed by 10 digits.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Parcels are scanned at hubs, so there can be gaps of a day or more while a shipment is travelling between them — especially on international and ocean routes. The page refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
What does "Held at Customs" mean?
The destination country's customs authority is reviewing the parcel. This is a normal step for international shipments. Any official duties are assessed by that customs authority, not by us.
Is the moving marker on the map live GPS?
No. The marker shows the scheduled position along the route set by our courier team, based on the planned departure and arrival times. The checkpoint history is the source of truth for where your parcel has been scanned.
Will you ever ask me to pay to release a parcel?
No. We never ask for payment by text message, email link or phone call to release a parcel. If you receive a message like that, don't pay — contact us directly using the details on this site.
How do I get email updates?
The receiver's email gets updates automatically. Create a free account to see every shipment addressed to you, follow others by tracking number, and choose which ones notify you.
